Atlas Management provided support throughout the entire process of establishing the new transaction bank:

Business planning and acquisition:
  • Development of a sustainable business plan including an initial price model
  • Support during negotiation of preliminary agreements

Contract negotiations:
  • Active support during price and acquisition negotiations with two major German banks
  • Assessment of price models, SLAs and IT interfaces

Acquisition and post-merger integration:
  • Integration of business and IT models in the acquired companies
  • Overall programme management function

Consolidation and development of central functions:
  • Implementation of final centralisation and cost reduction measures
  • Planning and development of central control functions
