Atlas Management provided support for this major IT project throughout its entire lifecycle:

Contract conclusion with a standard software provider:
  • Active support during negotiations as a part of the negotiating team
  • Definition of scope, liability provisions, IP, licensing model and CR procedure

Contract conclusion with a system integrator:
  • Negotiation support
  • Representation of the client's economic interests; securing target-oriented provisions with the provider

Conceptual design of architecture:
  • Development of a target architecture that can accommodate standard components and existing host systems
  • Formulation of an economically feasible migration path
